Your agreement

These Terms govern your access to Seasonly. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Seasonly.

Seasonly is currently an early-access service. Features may change as we learn from participating families.

Who may use Seasonly

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to create an account. Seasonly is designed for parents, guardians, and other authorized adults managing family information. It is not intended for children to create accounts independently.

You are responsible for confirming that you have authority to add information and photos concerning athletes, family members, supporters, sponsors, or other people.

Your account

• Provide accurate account information and keep it current.
• Keep your password and sign-in methods secure.
• Do not share access with a child or an unauthorized person.
• Notify Seasonly promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by Seasonly’s failure to use reasonable safeguards.

What Seasonly provides

Seasonly helps families organize information they receive from gyms, meet hosts, travel providers, fundraisers, sponsors, and other sources. Seasonly is not a gym, meet organizer, travel agency, financial adviser, payment processor, or emergency service.

Directory results, imported details, countdowns, cost estimates, maps links, time zones, and calendar entries are organizational aids. Verify important dates, venues, admission prices, deadlines, travel requirements, reservations, balances, and safety information with the original provider before relying on them.

Your information and content

You retain ownership of the information and files you submit. You give Seasonly a limited permission to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service for you.

You may not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, infringing, malicious, or that you do not have permission to use. Avoid entering payment-card numbers, passwords, door codes, medical records, government identification numbers, or other information Seasonly does not request.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse Seasonly, attempt to access another family’s information, probe or disrupt the service, bypass security or usage limits, distribute malware, scrape the service at scale, impersonate another person, or use Seasonly for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity.

Third-party services

Seasonly relies on outside providers for hosting, authentication, storage, email, and optional links. Those services may have their own terms. Seasonly is not responsible for a third-party website, gym system, map result, calendar application, or outside service that you choose to use.

Early access and availability

Seasonly is currently provided without a subscription charge during early access. No payment card is required. If paid features are introduced, pricing and any additional terms will be shown before a charge can occur.

We work to keep Seasonly available and accurate, but the service may occasionally be interrupted, changed, or withdrawn. Save original gym notices, receipts, reservation confirmations, and other source records rather than treating Seasonly as their only copy.

Suspension and ending use

You may stop using Seasonly at any time and request account deletion. Seasonly may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate misuse, comply with law, or address a serious violation of these Terms. When practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Disclaimers and responsibility

Seasonly is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, or that third-party information will always be complete or current.

To the extent permitted by law, Seasonly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The effective date will be revised, and material changes may also be announced in the service or by email. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you should stop using Seasonly and request deletion of your account.
